Research on a purely immaterial sculpture. This video simply serves the purpose to visualise the piece's evolution through time and space.
This work is a research in order to sculpt the immaterial by understanding the properties of sound. The principle is to create a sensory fracture within a perfectly controlled environment filled with a monochromatic sound in order to sculpt an invisible space of pure silence, a void within the void, in which people can penetrate and live a peaceful experience of silence.
Donald Judd said that it would be a great discovery to find a form that would be neither organic not geometric. By using the medium of sound we enter a new world of forms and sensations.
The desire here is to explore a radical concept that would go beyond the visual experience in art., to create a pure and object-less experience.
The fracture itself within the space must be discovered, once we do, it will be our role to understand and feel its limits, shape, intensity, as it will be invisible to the naked eye.
